‘Bleak’ Omicron threat data suggests variant is as deadly as Delta, new study finds

RESEARCHERS IN UK have warned that there was “no evidence” that Omicron was milder than the Delta variant, as the daily number of Covid cases in Britain crossed 93,000, the highest British figure for the third consecutive day.
